Can Achieve New Goals

Student Council Can Achieve New goals!  For the weeks of October 5-9, October 12-16, and October 19-21, the Student Council collected canned goods for West Houston Assistance Ministries (WHAM).  Each week there was a miraculous number of donations from both the middle and lower schools.  The final can count was a remarkable 1,052!  Way to go Wesley!  The Student Council would like to thank the entire Wesley community for making this service project a great success.

 

Prizes were awarded to the following classes:

 

1st place - 2nd grade collected 264 cans

2nd place- 4th grade collected 185 cans

3rd place - 7th grade collected 119 cans

GARAGE SALE
DONATIONS!

Mark your calendars and tell your family and friends about Wesley Academy’s first ever garage sale! The sale will be held on the Wesley Campus - Saturday, September 11, from 9:00am - 2:00pm. All proceeds will help offset the cost of new computers.

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING DONATIONS. Items that sell well are: baby/children items, furniture, sports equipment, TV’s, blue jeans, collectibles, toys, camping gear, tools, riding toys, new items of any kind, glassware, books, wall pictures, and Christmas décor. So clean out your closets and garages and help Wesley raise money to expand the technology department.
Donations may be dropped off at the school office between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Contact the school office at 713-266-3341 for further information or if you would like to volunteer and help make this event a great success.
